My mom Regina was an amazing cook! From the Viennese cookbook my father bought for her to her own versions of Italian and international recipes that she learned from friends. Chicken cacciatore was and still is one of our family favorites.
Besides the taste and amazing sauce, watching my mom make the gnocchi from scratch was magical.
